Its missing its internal two BB's, Two springs and the outer Housing Bolts. For parts or rebuild only. The two bottom shift rods do move. Wiring looks to be fine. P/N - 3233343, 1341215. Basically if you have your old one, just put the internal springs and such into this one and it should work.
